To activate a theme demo go to Appearance → Theme Dashboard and click the Go to Theme Demos button.
From there you may preview a theme demo and click “Import” to import a specific demo.
When you click Import a popup will appear that allows choosing what plugins to be installed and what demo content to be imported.
For existing websites it’s recommended to import Homepage only and disable the Demo Content toggle.
